Pre-Conference Outings: White Water Rafting and Golf Tournament

We are taking advantage of the Lake Tahoe location of the Summit and have not only planned a Golf Tournament but also a White Water Rafting trip. What a great opportunity to network with the CIOs while enjoying some of Tahoe’s all-time favorite activities! Space is limited for both events. Conference participants must sign up for rafting and golf in conjunction with online event registration or sign up with conference organizers ASAP.

PRE-CONFERENCE OUTING OPTION #1.
White Water Rafting Trip 12:45 p.m.-5:45p.m.
Feeling adventurous? Experience the Truckee River’s Class III rapids with your peers! We will be rafting the Boca Run which starts gently then builds to an exciting finish in the Floriston Gorge. All fees will be taken care of by our sponsors and lunch will be provided. Participants need to bring: sunscreen, rugged clothes that can get wet, (bathing suit, t-shirt, shorts), secure footwear (old tennis shoes, river sandals, NO flip flops) and a gung-ho attitude.

All fees will be taken care of by our sponsors and lunch will be provided. Transportation will leave the Hyatt Regency for the White Water Rafting adventure promptly at 12:45 p.m. The group will return to the Hyatt at 5:45 p.m.

Golf Tournament at Incline Village
11:15 a.m.-5:45p.m.
The annual CIO Summit Golf Tournament gives attendees a chance to tee off with their peers before the conference begins. The tournament is a fun-filled shotgun-style event (teams of four, where only the best shot is played). Join us for the tournament at Incline Village . Located along Lake Tahoe's north shore, the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed Championship Course offers truly memorable Lake Tahoe golf experiences. Considered by many to be one the top golf courses in the West, Jones, Sr. described Incline Village as "the ideal mountain layout with a challenge you won't want to miss and views you will never forget."
