The CIO SUMMIT FAQs

ATTENDANCE & REGISTRATION

The CIO Summit is an invitation-only event. To receive an invitation, you must hold the title of CIO or direct technology activities at a major hotel, casino, cruise line, management or timeshare company. If you think you qualify to attend the Summit , e-mail rich@theciosummit.com. ** If your CIO cannot attend, you CAN'T send anyone else. Our invitation list includes the who's who of the industry. And although we want the Summit to grow, we will never compromise quality for quantity.

If you qualify to attend the Summit and have received an invitation, we must receive your online registration by July 24, 2009. A link to online registration is included in the official invitation.

There is no registration fee to attend the Summit . Attendees are only responsible for transportation and lodging costs. All other costs are covered by our sponsors, including: registration fees, receptions and meals, Golf Tournament greens & club rental fees, airport arrival transfers and private shuttle service at the conference's conclusion.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
The Summit offers CIOs a rare combination of networking, social events and program. Attendees are free to form critical relationships with their peers in a relaxed environment. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet your peers at the Golf Tournament, cocktail receptions, dinners and other exciting activities we have planned.

SPONSORSHIPS
The CIO Summit is not a commercial endeavor, but a high level meeting for CIOs from around the world. There will be very limited sponsorships available. We do not allow any formal sponsor presentations, but we will allow the sponsors to briefly welcome the attendees to the Summit and join us at conference events and functions. Again, this will not be a sales conference, but a closed-door conference for CIOs to discuss the issues at hand without interruption or unsolicited information.

If you would like to be a sponsor, e-mail rich@theciosummit.com and we will contact you.
